I have superdish and one 811 receiver and one regular receiver. I wanted to cancel my HD since I can't get Voom and have not watched any HD channels since we switched to Dish. I have no contract but the CSR said I can't cancel the service because I'm leasing a HD receiver. Is there any way I can switch to a regular receiver without it costing an arm & a leg or just get them to cancel the HD? I just don't see them getting the Voom channels in the near future at a location where it would benefit me to keep paying for the HD and not watching it while I wait. Thanks

call them and ask if you can swap the 811 for one of their SD receivers.

Since you live in Galion, isn't it just a matter of adding the 61.5 dish to your existing 105 Super Dish? You may have to extend your contract, but if you want Voom bad enough it may be worth it
