Thats odd, as of a few minutes ago the HR34/44s were still not listed as being updated ...

Has anyone noticed in the last month or so, that the Sound Effects cannot be turned off in the Genies (44 at least), you go into the menu and it says it is already off, but it's not.
I tried reactivating and deactivating but that didn't help.

I had noticed I was hearing noises, but I would just go in and turn it off, thinking it had been on. I would think "Didn't I just do this?" but then forget all about it until several days/a week later and I would hear it again...

My guide just finished refreshing from the CE last night - I see that the Sports Search icon has "new" next to it again. It hasn't been "new" in a while now...
