Changes to DishHD Absolute?

Just got my bill this month and Absolute is $5 cheaper than usual.

DishHD Absolute w/Locals 29.99

Not that I'm complaining about a price drop, I just hope they're not trying to merge with the old Turbo Bronze package and remove channels.
