Channel entry mystery

RE: 722.
Our local NBC affiliate's digital channel is VHF 12. Analog is VHF 13. When I got a Harmony remote at Christmas, I programmed the Watch TV activity to go to "12". But starting a few days ago, it goes to "13".
When I manually enter 12, it still goes to 13. Only way to get to it is in the guide. Same thing happens with the 722 remote. Any thoughts?
