Charlie does open the Wallet once in awhile

After reading my friends post on facebook and reading the local morning paper that our local cable company Atlantic Broadband didn't broadcast the opening Pittsburgh Pirates game. ( I know a lot wouldn't care) after reading the paper here Dish had to pay more money to broadcast yesterdays game. FSN Pittsburgh agree to broadcast 120 games this year and then added 36 more games to their line up and if TV providers wanted to show these games they have to pay more. So yesterday is one of those days I'm happy to have Dish ( I'm sure Directv showed it too as well.) Only 3 cable providers didn't show the game.

After hearding from David Dane, Atlantic Broadband senior vice president and general manager excuses I think I'd rather put up with Carlie.

The cost to show those games must not have been that un-reasobable, or we would be watching the Yes Network right now and would have MLB Network!
