I did retire it , Back in August

If you had read the other Ciel-2 thread rather than starting a new one, you would know that Dish Network has applied to the FCC to move EchoStar 5 from 129 on January 15th, so it seems that they expect Ciel-2 to be online roughly a week before that.

February 1st is how long it will take them to get the spot beams adjusted and uplinked for the first new HD Locals markets.
