David Faber announced a few minutes ago on CNBC that G.E. and Comcast are in talks for G.E. to spinoff NBC/Universal to a new company that would also have all of Comcast's channels and would be 51% owned by Comcast.
Supposedly, the logistics are difficult and so it is far from a done deal, due to that.
