Everything looks the same as a regular Dish offering except the link just mentions Hopper and NOT Hopper with sling. Anybody know if this offer includes Sling?

Code worked for me, and according to the invoice the Hopper w/Sling is included. Just order from the site as usual and put the code in on the screen where you enter your credit and payment information.

If you order online there is only 1 spot for the promotion/referral code, so you can only use one or the other. You might be able to use it through DIRT or if you call in, but I highly doubt it.
