CV goes a la carte. Dish Network next?

I never thought I'd be reading this news. One way, I guess, to punk the networks. I wonder if E*, D*, and others might consider this?:

MediaBiz In a startling move this morning, Cablevision decided that programming renewal and retransmission negotiations were "just too much trouble" choosing instead to offer all networks of any kind on an a la carte basis. "Let's see who will pay for what," said Chuck Dolan.
