CW Pittsburgh

I'm from the Altoona/Johnstown market but with no local CW we get out feed from Pittsburgh. I was wondering if it's the Altoona Feed or CW feed that is loud. I have to turn my volume down to #5 when normally use #13 on my volume bar. Do people in Pittsburgh have the same issue? Who would I report this to even though they won't listen?

Okay I have the same issues with some of my own channels. It is annoying and has been the subject of numerous posts before. Mostly about Dish commercials but it is true some channels are louder than others.
