Would some one please explain how to use/configue diplexer to share the same RG6 cable for satellite and cable TV signal? Thanks,

To start, you need 2 of them.
Sat LNB ------------\......................................................./------------Sat In
............................Diplexer --------shared RG6----------- Diplexer
Ant Roof -----------/.......................................................\------------Ant In

Where are you getting H, L, & S from?

But be advised, you don't get something for nothing.
There will be a reduction in both OTA signal and satellite signal.
If you can still work under those circumstances, then a diplexer might be useful.
