Dish 301 Receiver for Analog TV?

My locals are now broadcasting in DTV. Will a Dish 301 or 311 convert the signal for an older analog TV or will a seperate box be required?

If you are receiving those locals OTA, then you need a new STB, as the 301/311 doesn't have an ATSC tuner. If you are receiving those locals via Dish Network, then Dish has already converted the ATSC signal, if they are using it, to their MPEG-2 format and your 301/311 won't notice any difference.
