Dish 625 Receiver Problem

My 625 shut off today. I am getting NO picture on either of the outputs. The green power light for the TV1 tuner is ON...the blue power light for the TV2 tuner remains OFF.

What can I do?

have you tried unplugging it for a few minutes?

sure it's connected properly and the tv set to the right channel/input?

There was a software update scheduled for today, Partial Phase. Maybe the receiver got stuck and resetting, like Pepper suggested might bring it back.

TV connected...set to correct Video....tested the video with DVD player...working....imwill unplug for half hour and report back.
