dish box and cancelation

Hello everyone.
I have a few questions...
1) Will I get charged for a cancelation fee? I have dish advantage 180
2) I only have one 311 box? Would we keep it or we have to return it?
3) I want to get Direct TV.. Could we use the SuperDish from dish for Direct TV? If possible.
