Does the Dish HD Pak include all the HD channels that Dish offers not counting the CBS 9483 & 9484 channels?

There are 4 HD packages:
HD Bronze
HD Silver
HD Gold
HD Platinum

There are some differences in the HD channels carried. Mostly, the differences are in the SD channels, and the addition of movie channels in Platinum. Look here.

Hd locals CBS-hd require you to also subscribe to locals.

HD gold or above are required for National geographic HD

HD platinum or seperately ordered movie packages are required for HBO-hd, Showtime-HD, or Starz-HD.
