Just got notice that as of April my International channels package will no longer be available, I currently use a 211z receiver.I don’t need anything fancy like the Joey or Hopper, if I purchase a Wally I just need it for 1 tv would it work? All these channels will be streaming as I was told.

A Wally will work. You will need to purchase a wifi broadband adapter along with the Wally as well.

Wally has an ethernet adapter so if that is available at the TV location you don't need Wi-Fi.
