I wanted to known if it had 2 sat inputs..unlike the Hopper. So, I was wondering if it had to have a DPP setup , like the Hopper.

I would also.love to know if you can connect a Dish off air tuner and have the 9400 recognise it.

I think that it is a cheaper version of a Hopper and only has 2 tuners??

The 9400 does not have an OTA tuner at all. DPP equipment will work fine for this unit. I own one and it's a very well done design with the only other draw back being only 2 tuners.

Works with Legacy and DP/DPP. A very nice quiet Dual Tuner HD PVR. No way to connect an OTA Tuner.

Nothing like the Hopper at all.
