Duplicate Similar Threads Section at the Bottom of All Thread Pages

I’ve noticed that there are two copies of “Similar threads” at the bottom of thread pages:

Good question ....
I've come to just ignore them.
I really don't want answers from 2009.

The honest answer is because they help with our search engine rankings (Google, Bing, etc.)

There is a reason they are at the bottom.
