And if that doesn't clear things up, as someone else posted, I'd check out all connections (possible problem with your optical?). To the point of trying alternate ways of bringing that audio up and running (RCA and/or HDMI)

S Spliff SatelliteGuys Family Sep 19, 2005 41 0 Mar 27, 2007 #8 I rebooted last night but the problem still persists. I know its not the TV2, I hooked up an antenna and got NTSC OTA and the sound was fine. This 622 has been flakey, I think I will call in and try and get it replaced.
