error on 129

hello...question? once in a while i will run a system info check for new software. for about a week i have been geting a system error on 129,i thought it some how would correct it self but hasen't. line of sight is fine. i check the weather chanel and a couple of others that are on 129 they come in fine. it says tuner 1 is not working,i have one tv hooked up. my software verison is L512 any suggestion's....regards

Can you press the swap button on your remote to switch between the tuners in single mode? If not, maybe something is amiss with the tuner.
