Filipino Channels on Free Preview on Bell TV

I am told Bell have opened up the Filipino Channels after the disaster in the Philippines.

Can anyone confirm this?

Not sure about Bell TV but on Bell Fibe there opened, so I'm assuming Bell TV is the same
