Fortec ultra manually enter a channel?

How do I fully (Freq, SR, Pids & PCR) manually enter a channel on the Fortec Ultra? Or can you only log a channel by it scanning in an active one?

Thanks. But if there is no activity on that frequency, SR and pids, it will scan and log nothing. So the channel has to be active at the time of scan, or else it doesn't save it right? Maybe this is of no consequence, but sometimes I'm scanning for stuff that comes and goes in terms of reception strength. Like when I was trying to get the tube.

Gotcha, yes it needs to be active or it will not save.
