Do SatelliteGuys Operations Center, SatelliteGuys Store Support, and SatelliteGuys Classifieds really belong under the General Forums heading?
Have you considered making a separate heading at the bottom called SatelliteGuys Operations (or something similar), and moving these forums under that heading?
By moving these three forums under a new heading towards the bottom of the page, you would have the DVR / Technical forums visible without scrolling for more people, and I think this might improve traffic and participation in those forums.
