4DTV DSR905 Sidecar with remote. I have not used this for quite a while but it was used to watch PBS and some subscribed programming a few years ago. The UID on the unit matches the one in the menu so it can be authorized for programming. The internal battery is still holding but should probably be replaced in the future. There are a few scratches on the top but the receiver does work. I no longer have a BUD so I can't use it anymore
