Retail on a basic system yes but it's extremely hard to find one in a store and I've been checking with walmart stores out in the hoots and hollers. Even Walmarts pricey bundle package is limit one per customer due to short supply, right now average resale on a new wii with receipt is going for $350 - $375 in the papers and online sites.

Shipping on the Wii is expensive too! I paid $15.50 for each one I shipped. Just FYI
It was about $1 less to ship parcel post vs priority mail, so I guess it could be $14.50.
