saw the workout show on pentagon channel the other night, and worked out right there in the living room with them. Also tuned that in online so I can tune in anytime to it. Are there other real workout shows on fta, if so, what are they? I've read about sit and be fit on pbs, but have not seen it, and the pbs satellite's signals are not too reliable on my setup... will be nice when pbs goes to 125w.
