There's a website called PC Gaming Wiki that is full of ways to modify and tweak and fix games. For example, did you know that if you wanted to skip all those ungodly company intro movies in Unreal Engine games, you just set a launch option of -nostartupmovies ? There's that and many other cool things to be found at the website.
