For $2.8 billion, Gray TV has been given the green light to purchase the Meredith Stations. That includes both KPTV (Fox) and KPDX (My TV) Portland, so it looks like Dish will be dealing with Gray for re transmission fees from them in the NW. I presume the sub channels will change as Gray TV has Circle and a sports channel.
