H20 Deals

Is CircuitCity giving a 100% rebates on the H20 for any Directv Sub's that ask for it, Or is this for a limited number of customers.
I'm a Michigan HD Sub, should I call D for the new Disc install, or should I wait for them to call. I have 2 HD receivers and I would like to replace one of the receivers for the H20 and wait for the Mpeg4 HDDVR when it becomes available for the other HD upgrade. What will the cost be if I buy the receivers? What will it cost if I upgrade with D? I'm confused.
