Hallmark Movie Channel HD on April 2

I was curious if Dish network plans to carry this channel "soon" after launch. The channel will be available at no additional cost if they carry Hallmark Movie Channel which Dish does. I know that Dish changed the packages with Hallmark Channel and HMC a little while back.
