he lets us know when he knows something (which usually isnt until tues). When he does learn something of interest he usually tells the pub first.
 
Probably taking a well deserved break from the rumor mill. Nobody's clamoring for any particular channels on Dish now, with the possible exception of "WFN-HD".

I know, don't tell me about FX-HD or Speed-HD, they're not likely to happen this week anyway. :)
 
I am here. Haven't heard anything yet except for Chiller (which is NOT HD)

This may be a quiet week for HD for Dish, but they could always surprise us. :D :D

Scott this is the last uplink before May 1st. I thought a month or so back you said we need to be calm and stick around to May 1st becuase Dish would have a bunch of new HD by then. I am happy with USA and Sci/Fi, but was hoping for more by May 1st. Is Eastern Arc basically still on schedule?
 
Thanks for bringing us up to speed.....{not the SPEED Channel] Things are a lot calmer today than usual. Thought you might be busy talking with the "sources" for new HD possibilities. It was a little lonesome.
 
There is another uplink next week (Wednesday) which is still April. ;)

BTW there is a retailer chat Tomorrow at Noon ET... guess what website is going to bring you all the news. Yup thats right... SatelliteGuys.US. :D :D

Hopefully they will give us an update of whats going on, and whats coming and when. :D

My calendar says that next Wednesday is April 30th. :)
 
Yeah I have two friends on Dish who would love to see WFN added.. Well maybe we will see some activity on some of the TEMP Channels..
 
Opps I better learn how to read a calender, I was thinking ndext wednesday was May 1st, my bad. That retailer chat could be very interesting considering the timing of it the day before the uplink and so close to the May which for months has been tallked about as the magical HD month for Dish. I will be checking satelliteguy regularly tomorrow fromn noon on

i hope he says they will be adding more by May 1st.I will be checking in tomorrow to for info on what they say in the retailer chat.Thank You Satelite guys for everything you do:)

No one in their right mind would want to see this channel added. At least not as an "HD" channel as they do not show a single program in HD.
