Help with Downloading The List

I would like to download The List so I can manipulate the sorts, do some exclusions, etc in Excel.
I can see that there is a link to Downloadable List but I don't know what to do after that.
I typically need Subscription List for 61.5, 110, 119 & 129 for Dish Network.
