Home Theater Master MX-600 remote with PC-based programmer

I got this prior to a couple of equipment upgrades, but I never got around to pulling it out of the box. However, I now need to upgrade to a remote that can handle more devices (MX-700). The remote retails for around $200, and the programmer (IRCLONE-MX) is an additional $80. I'm asking for $175 shipped for both.
