Hopper 3 upgrading

I currently have 3 hopper 2-s and 6 joeys (combo of 1.0 w/network via usb and wireless)
I want to replace with a Hopper-3.. .how best to do this?

With 9 TVs you might want to wait until you can have more that 1 Hopper3. Max on Hopper3 is 7 TVs - I Hopper3 and 6 Joeys.
