How do I access showtime on demand?

I have a VIP 722. I need to catch up on Dexter season 3 . I have a showtime subscription. How do I access showtime on demand or interactive showtime so I can watch season 3 that they have available? Thanks

dish doesn't offer it as far as I know..

Dish only has Showtime Interactive. You can get info but not viewable programs or movies.
