HR20-700 question

I know this may not yet be known since its so new, but I currently have the tivo non-hd unit and was wondering if this new unit has the functionality to switch back and forth between tuners with it still recording buffer like the tivo unit does?

It does not. However, it appears quite a few of us will miss this option -- take a look at this thread, and send an e-mail to directv!
