Since I've added the Genie to my Account I'm getting an error message when I set up a recording (see Image below)

So far it will still record the episode or series but unsuccessful message pops up.

I did notice the Genie is called Multiple, but my HR24 is called it's location. Is that normal? Does anyone know a fix for this?

Is the HR34 called Multiple, or did you have multiple boxes checked on the receiver screen?

Genie is called Multiple.

Naw, I got the genie about three months ago and he has been doing it ever since. It will come up an error on the app but it records it on the genie.

So far my shows record as well. I'll label it a Genie issue.

Found an update today in the App Store that fix the problem.

For the ones having problems recording from the iphone app try this solution:

remember to delete the app and then reinstall it last

The update that D pushed out today fixed my issue as well.
