Is DVR 622/722 dual sat HD tuner ?

Other than the one ATSC tuner, is the DVR 622/722 dual sat HD tuner ?
In another word, in single mode for the 2 sat tuners, can I watch one live HD while recording another sat channl, both in HD ?

Yes. In fact you can be recording 3 HD (or SD) channels simultaneously, watching any of the 3 (Sat A, Sat B, OTA) or a recorded program.
