Is Sling TV primarily live with limited replay

Looking at the SlingTV site, it appears that Sling, unlike Vue has limited channels that can reshow something for only 3 days, whereas Vue seems to allow a lot of replay for nearly a month.

This would be a problem if I can only watch EPL live.
