Johnstown/Altoona,Pa local hd are slated for April 22. If they are launched on time is that when I should have them or is that just the uplink date?

Usually no later than 5pm on the date uplinked. Not a guarantee though as stuff happens.

Scranton Wilkes Barre HD locals was about 4 months late from the date E* stated they would launch.
And then we only got ABC HD. 9 months after the original HD launch date we finally got the other 3 HD locals.
So Good Luck on your launch date.

Yea I'd say atleast 85% are covered under the spotbeam.

As of April 9th, they are scheduled for this coming Wednesday, April 22nd. Unless something really unexpected occurs, you will probably get them. This isn't one of the nebulous coming in Spring 2009 announcements.
