Juddering, herky, jerky

Anyone have juddering issues? When viewing some DVR PBS recordings I get juddering, herky jerky movements. No other channels seem to have this issue.

It does not happen live and I don't have over the air. It's PBS British produced programing, Masterpiece in particular, it started when I chose to recorded in the middle of the night..as opposed to primetime...?

Dumb question, but I'm also assuming there is no WiFi dongles attached to any of the USB ports?

No such thing as a dumb question, but no add ons/dongles on anything, I have a Mac airport/time capsule that routes. I do use wireless but not to any TV or receiver equipment.

It Turned out to be... I think, "Film Mode" with the 2014 Sharp AQUOS Quattron+ (Q+) TV.
I clicked from Advance to off, the issue seems to have be eliminated.
