LAFF and Escape coming to Watertown NY

Just saw in the paper today that these will be stating Sept. 1,ch50-3&50-4.First I'd heard of this.

And they're already on,must have put them up this morning cause they weren't there yesterday when I was flipping thru channels.
Pic quality is ok but not the greatest,but there was already 2 720p HD channels there,ABC and CW.
