Latest promo on 622?

What's the current promo on the HD-DVR? I'd lease a 622 and switch to DishHD Silver + 2 Premiums... I guess it'd be around $80 + ripoff fees, right? IS there any 'credit back' promo running now?

I'm looking at upgrading also but it states on the Dish site that the offers ends Nov 1. So is it being extended or will there be a better offer posted soon.
