Letter about locals

Did anyone else get a letter about their locals changing over to the new satellite? My locals already required the phase-3 oval dish. This letter stated that locals that needed the new dish would get it free with a 1 year committment.

Will locals being on the new satellite make any kind of PQ difference?

you wont notice a thing as long as the dish is properly setup & aligned
