Limit Cookies ?

How does one limit the number or only allow certain cookies stored on the computer. I would like to only keep the cookies from the main sites I visit and the others be deleted once I leave the internet?

What browser do you use? Some have decent cookie managers or you could D/L a separate cookie manager; some nice ones have other useful utilities with them.

Firefox allowsa quitea bit of cookie control through the tools, options, privacy menu screen. not sure about IE.
