1. What is the ADDL RECEIVER ACCESS FEE?

2. What is the PROGRAMMING ACCESS FEE ?

3. Last but not least, I have DVR advantage, with the 200+ channels.
I want to upgrade to the 250+ package. Will I incur any other charges (not inlcuding the additional $4 from the 250 package)?

The programing access fee is because you do not have a phoneline connected to your dual output receiver.

Addl receiver access fee is for second receiver on your bill, not sure why it would be listed twice. You may also incur a dvr fee, it is included in the dvr advantage package, but not sure if it part of the at250.

So in other words once I connect a phone line to the Reciever( Do not currently have an available phone line in the room) and I upgrade to the 250 Package, I will baiscally be paying the same, since the DVR fee is $5.
