Looks like Voom is handing free programming out to appease customer service rants!

I finally got thru to Voom to change CC on file. It took me 4 days. And finally I had to call late at night. I told Csr that I should not have had to do this and she gladly apoligized and gave me a free month full programming package.

I see lots of others are getting free programming for there trouble also.

I think that shows the Voom realizes there is growing pains and is ready to do what they can to make us happy.
