Lost channels on 119

I have a 301 receiver and a 2800 receiver and on both receivers there are quite a few channels (at least 12) that do not come in. All the channels that do not come in are on sat 119. There is a message that comes up that says "the satellite signal has been lost, signal acquisition is in progress". None of the ESPN channels come in. I do receive all other channels. Is there something I can check/try to get my channels back before Dish charges me to have a tech come out?
