if it's actual "In Courtroom" footage, it's probably the E! dramatized version (where they take the transcripts and dramatize it to a similar tune)

i don't think cameras are allowed in the courtroom.

Its not in the acctual courtroom, its near the entrance of the courtroom near the metal detector etc, there is also a camera aimed out front in the parking lot so you can watch all those wacky protesters.
