max -w on dish flickers on sat 61.5

max -w hd on dish is flickering anyone else having trouble with this channel?

I just took a look and I see the same thing.

Since sometime this AM.

I got up this AM and it was doing it then. I had recorded a movie on it over night. I just check that movie and it stated at 9:45 PM last night and it was doing it then. So it has been this way for a long time. What's strange is tp 31 is showing a solid signal in the upper 40's. I just chkd several other chs that come off this tp and they are having no problems. So it seems like it must be a problem w/ MAX W going to E*.
